If you are looking for a fresh halal beef supplier in KL or Selangor who will cut to your spec, this is the page for you. We supply whole primals and portioned cuts, from lean topside for sate to marbled ribeye for the grill, with the same cut, weight and trim on every delivery.

Our butchers start at 5:30 am in a cutting room kept at 10–12 °C. Each cut comes off carcasses that have rested 24–48 hours in our cold room, so the meat is firm, cuts cleanly and holds its moisture when you cook it. Every pack is vacuum sealed and labelled with the cut, weight, batch and pack date, so your kitchen always knows what it is using first.

You can buy fresh (chilled at 0–4 °C, best used within 3–5 days) or frozen (blast frozen to −18 °C, which keeps for months). Busy restaurants usually take chilled beef two or three times a week. Stalls that buy in bulk for the weekend often split their order between the two.

What to cook

What our beef customers cook

Rendang

Chuck, brisket and neck break down slowly in coconut milk and kerisik. Ask for 3–4 cm cubes so pieces stay whole after hours of simmering.

Sate daging

Topside and rump are lean and evenly grained, so cubes hold on the stick and grill evenly. We can cut and marinate them for you.

Sup tulang & sup gearbox

Shank and short plate bring the bone, marrow and gelatin that make a clear, rich soup. Cross-cut pieces fit a standard stockpot.

Steak & grill

Ribeye, striploin and batang pinang are portioned to the gram, so every plate on your menu costs the same.

Daging masak hitam

Thin slices of topside or flank take up kicap and spices quickly and stay tender in a hot wok.

Stir fry & hotpot

Flank and sirloin sliced 2–3 mm thick for black pepper beef, bulgogi, shabu-shabu and steamboat.

Not sure which to choose? Tell us the dish and how many portions you need, and our butcher will suggest the cut and source. Many sate stalls use local topside for flavour, while steakhouses prefer Australian striploin for consistent marbling.

Halal & cold chain

Halal from slaughter to your kitchen

All our beef comes from halal-certified slaughter, and cutting, processing and packing stay halal from start to finish. Certificates are shown to trade customers on request. Carcasses are chilled below 7 °C core within 24 hours, rest in our 0–4 °C cold room, and travel to you in refrigerated trucks kept at 0–4 °C.

Questions

Common questions

Can you cut beef to my own spec?

Yes. Tell us the cut, thickness or cube size, trim level and pack weight. We note your spec on your account so every delivery is cut the same way.

What is the difference between topside and batang pinang?

Topside (peha) is lean, firm and good value, ideal for sate, masak hitam and mince. Batang pinang (tenderloin) is the most tender cut on the animal and is used for premium steak and premium sate.

How should I store fresh beef when it arrives?

Keep chilled beef at 0–4 °C and use it within 3–5 days. Keep vacuum packs sealed until you cook. If you will not use it in time, freeze it at −18 °C straight away.

Do you supply bones for soup?

Yes. Shank, short plate and marrow bones are available, cross-cut for sup tulang and sup gearbox, usually frozen.

How do I get the price list?
