As a satay meat supplier, our job is simple: give you sate that tastes the same every night, so your regulars keep coming back. Our butchers start cutting at 5:30 am. Lean beef is cubed to an even size, tossed in our house perapan of turmeric, lemongrass and cumin, then packed cold. You can take the marinated cubes and skewer them yourself, or let us skewer them for you so your stall only has to light the charcoal.

Even cubes matter more than most people think. When every piece is the same size, every stick cooks at the same speed, so you are not burning the outside of one stick while the next is still raw. It also keeps your cost per stick steady. If your stick weight drifts from 10 g to 13 g, you lose almost a quarter of your sticks per kilo without noticing.

Most of our sate customers are pasar malam traders, roadside gerai, caterers handling kenduri and restaurants with a grill menu. Trade accounts start from 10 kg per delivery. Order on WhatsApp by 6 pm and the meat arrives chilled the next day, packed in 1 kg or 5 kg vacuum packs labelled with cut, weight, batch and pack date.

What to cook

Who our sate meat is for

Pasar malam stalls

Ready-skewered sticks let a two-person stall sell on the night instead of spending the afternoon skewering.

Roadside sate gerai

Marinated cubes in 5 kg packs keep the cost per stick down if you have hands to skewer in the morning.

Kenduri & catering

Order the exact number of sticks for the guest list, delivered chilled the day before the event.

Restaurants & mamak

Add sate to the menu without a dedicated prep cook. Grill from the chiller, serve with our kuah kacang.

Hotel & event buffets

Lamb and beef sate side by side, the same size every stick, so the buffet tray looks even.

Daging Segar

How many sticks from one kilo?

Sticks per kilo is simply 1,000 g divided by the meat on each stick. Use it to plan your daily order.

Meat per stickWorkingSticks per kgSticks from a 5 kg pack
10 g1,000 g ÷ 10 gabout 100about 500
11 g1,000 g ÷ 11 gabout 90about 450
12 g1,000 g ÷ 12 gabout 83about 415

Example: a stall selling 500 sticks a night at 11 g needs 500 × 11 g = 5.5 kg of meat. One 5 kg pack plus one 1 kg pack covers it with a little to spare.

Halal & cold chain

Halal from slaughter to your grill

Our beef and lamb come from halal-certified slaughter, and cutting, marinating, skewering and packing stay halal in our own kitchen. The meat is held at 0–4 °C from the cold room to your door, or blast frozen to −18 °C for bulk orders. Trade customers can see our certificates on request.

Questions

Common questions

Which cut do you use for sate daging?

Mainly lean beef from the round (daging peha, topside and silverside). It is evenly grained, so the cubes hold their shape on the stick and stay tender after grilling. For sate kambing we use lamb leg and shoulder.

How much meat do I need for 500 sticks a day?

At 11 g a stick, 500 sticks need 5.5 kg of meat. At 10 g it is 5 kg, and at 12 g it is 6 kg. Over a 24-day trading month at 11 g, that is about 132 kg.

How long does marinated sate meat keep?

Chilled at 0–4 °C, use it within 3–5 days of delivery. Frozen at −18 °C it keeps for months. Thaw frozen packs overnight in the chiller, never at room temperature.

Can I use my own marinade?

Yes. Order plain cubes and perap them with your own recipe. Many stalls do this when their perapan is what customers know them for.

Can I order ready-skewered sate for a kenduri?

Yes. WhatsApp us the number of sticks and the event date. Orders placed by 6 pm are delivered chilled the next day.
